Procedure to Temporarily Change Auto High Beam Sensitivity

The sensitivity of the sensor system can be temporarily changed.

 Note

The car must be stationary for the sensitivity to be changed. Keep the brake pedal pressed down throughout the procedure.
Preparations:
Leave the shift lever in position D at a speed of 0 km/h (0 mph).
Turn the left steering wheel lever to position P5-1707 Symbol AUTO.
Perform the following steps within 20 seconds:
Turn the left steering wheel lever to position P5-1507-Active high beam control symbol.
Repeat step 1 twenty times.
The sensitivity of the sensor system is activated in the next drive cycle.

 Note

The system will return to default sensitivity on the next drive cycle after activation.
