For cars with the earlier infotainment system (Sensus): In the Volvo Cars app, tap the lightning icon to get started.
Click and read through the introduction screens.
When prompted to connect your Volvo ID with ChargePoint, enter your Volvo ID password. If you need to reset your password to your Volvo ID, go to volvoid.eu.volvocars.com/Account. Select your market and language, click Log in and Forgot password.
After entering the Volvo ID, you will be asked to type in your ChargePoint login information. If there is an existing ChargePoint account that matches your Volvo ID, enter that e-mail address. If there is not, a ChargePoint e-mail address will be created.
After your Volvo ID is connected to ChargePoint, add your payment method. Visa and American Express are both accepted.
