Theft notification (TN) with Volvo On Call
When the vehicle's alarm is armed, the vehicle owner will receive a message to the phone number registered with the retailer and then a notification to the Volvo On Call app.
If you are unsure of the location of your vehicle, you can contact the Volvo On Call customer service center via the Volvo On Call app or by phone. If it turns out that the vehicle is being used by an unauthorized person, tracking can be started. The police will then be notified.
If the alarm is turned off using the remote key, the service will be interrupted.
