Enabling auto hold

You can enable or disable auto hold with the auto hold button in the center console.

Auto hold automatically applies braking after you've come to a stop. You can enable or disable auto hold by pressing the auto hold button in the center console.

Press the auto hold button in the center console.
Auto hold is enabled and the symbol is illuminated on the auto hold button.

Disabling auto hold

You can disable auto hold the same away you enabled it. Just press the auto hold button in the center console. The auto hold symbol on the button will no longer be illuminated after the feature is disabled.

If auto hold is active and currently holding your vehicle stationary, you must press the brake pedal and the auto hold button at the same time to be able to disable the feature.

After disabling auto hold, some brake assistance is still available at a standstill, such as roll-back prevention when starting the vehicle on an uphill incline.
