Driving journal

The driving journal is used to automatically log all trips with your vehicle. Driving journal is not yet available for vehicles with Google built-in.

Vehicles with the earlier infotainment system (Sensus)

Getting started

Log in to the Volvo Cars app.
Ensure that the app is updated to the latest version.
Go to the Px-2037-VOC app icon Profile tab.
Select App settings > Driving journal settings.
Enable the driving journal.

When the driving journal is enabled, all users that have paired their app with the vehicle can see the trips made with your vehicle.

Storage

Trips made over the last 100 days are saved. Information such as route, fuel consumption, starting time and finishing time are available in the app. You can also view a summary of your trips in Driving journal in the Px-2037-VOC app icon Car tab.

Driving data

You can categorize, name, merge and delete your trips in Driving Journal in the Px-2037-VOC app icon Car tab. You can also export the data to your email. This can be useful when creating expense reports with company cars.

If you disable the driving journal, your trips will no longer be recorded. Previously recorded trips are still available.

 Note

Any changes made to the driving journal will take effect for all users who have paired their Volvo Cars app with the vehicle.
