Vehicle service can be scheduled using the Volvo Cars app.
Note
Available functions in the Volvo Cars app can vary depending on vehicle model, model year and region. Available functions may also vary over time.
Book service
In the 
tab, tap Maintenance.
tab, tap Maintenance.Select Book a service.
Select a workshop to perform the service.
Select any additional services1 you would like to purchase, e.g. air conditioning check.
Fill in comments, if any, and confirm the booking.
Select if you would like to add the booking to the calendar.
When a service has been booked, this will be shown under Maintenance in the tab.
Click on the booking to:
- see details about the booking
- send the workshop address to the vehicle's navigation system Sensus Navigation4
- save the booking in the calendar (with option to add a reminder)
- cancel the service
- contact the workshop via email or phone.
Service messages in the Volvo Cars app
When it is time for the vehicle to be serviced, this will be shown in the Volvo Cars app
- with a message in the
tab - under Maintenance in the tab.
While the vehicle is being serviced, the estimated completion time is shown in the Volvo Cars app.
