Your data (name, surname, VAT number, Tax Authority, vehicle type, vehicle chassis number (VIN), your e-mail address, the e-mail address to which you wish the certificate to be sent, Copy of DAO (Vehicle Arrival Declaration), proof of payment and bank account details indicated on it) are collected and processed by the company VOLVO CAR HELLAS (Volvo Car Hellas SA - Volvo Car Hellas Single Member Commercial and Industrial Societe Anonyme of Car and Spare Parts Trading, 19 Andrea Papandreou Street, 15124, Marousi) in its capacity as Data Controller.

Purpose and legal basis for processing your data

The processing of your data is carried out at your request, for the purpose of issuing a certificate of Retail Price Before Taxes for a Volvo vehicle and in compliance with a relevant legal obligation of VOLVO CAR HELLAS.

Transfers and recipients of your data

To achieve this purpose, the certificate that concerns you will be notified to the competent customs office. Your data may also be shared by VOLVO CAR HELLAS to other persons to whom VOLVO CAR HELLAS has entrusted the provision of services related to the above purposes, such as IT service providers (e.g. for the provision of hosting services). Any possible transfer of your data outside the ΕΕΑ in order to achieve the above processing purposes, due to the communication of your data to said recipients, it will be subject to appropriate and suitable guarantees and conditions to ensure an adequate level of data protection, e.g. forwarding agreements based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
