Any software available for download from the Site ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Volvo Cars and/or its suppliers.

Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the End User Licence Agreement, if any, that accompanies or is included with the Software ("the Licence Agreement"). Unless otherwise specified in the Licence Agreement, the Software is made available for download solely for use by End Users. Further, unless otherwise specified in the Licence Agreement, the Software may be used solely for the purpose for which the Software is provided. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software that is not in accordance with the Licence Agreement is explicitly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

The Software is covered by warranty, if any, only under the terms of the Licence Agreement. In addition to the warranties expressed in the Licence Agreement, Volvo Cars hereby disclaims all warranties with respect to the Software, including the implied warranties and conditions of quality, suitability for a particular purpose, title and compliance.
