Deleting your own key
Anyone with a digital key can delete and remove it from their phone's wallet.
If the owner deletes their own key, all shared keys will be deleted as well.
Deleting friend keys
The owner can delete a shared key either by using their phone's wallet app or via the centre display.
When the owner deletes the shared key through their phone's wallet app, the key will be fully disabled after the shared key's holder finishes their last drive or 48 hours after deletion. If the shared key is deleted via the centre display, the key is instantly disabled
Note
Deleting the digital key on a lost phone
It's a good idea to keep a key card on hand in case a device with a digital key is lost or stolen. This way, you will still be able to open and use the car with the key card. You can then access the owner profile via settings and delete the digital key from the lost device.
If you have any shared keys on other devices, they will remain active until they are manually deleted.
Deleting all keys
If you perform a factory reset on your car, all of the digital keys will be deleted.
