Unless otherwise stated in the License Agreement, individual users may download the Software for their use. Furthermore, unless otherwise stated in the License Agreement, the Software may be used independently for the purpose for which it is provided. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

The Software only offers a warranty, if it does at all, according to the terms of the License Agreement. Except for the warranties provided by the License Agreement, Volvo Cars hereby disclaims all warranties with regard to the Software, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
