Dublin International Film Festival 2024

The Dublin International Film Festival is one of the most iconic events in Ireland’s cultural calendar. The programme has evolved over the years, and each Festival is guaranteed to offer a mouth-watering mix of cinema from around the world, with many screenings attended by the filmmakers and stars.

With the festival conscious of its sustainability and responsibility to use greener energy, Volvo Cars will supply a fleet of all electric XC40 Recharge & C40 Recharge models, enabling the festival to provide emission free transport for participants to and from cinemas and venues across Dublin City.

At Volvo, everything begins with people, from its commitment to safety, through to innovation and sustainability. Volvo Cars recognise the importance of supporting local organisations particularly those that drive community engagement, and partnering with Ireland’s premier film festival and its emerging talent of Irish and international filmmakers is a natural synergy.
