Speeding response
Your car can assist you with preventing unintentional speeding.
Note
High speed warnings
Your car provides alerts above certain driving speeds. These alerts cannot be turned off. When you exceed a certain speed the car can provide sound alert.
The alerts appear after exceeding 80 km/h (50 mph) and will repeat until you reduce your speed.
If you exceed 120 km/h (75 mph), the warning appears permanently until you reduce your speed.
Important
Speed-related information and warning features are supplements to safe driving practices. They do not reduce or replace the need for the driver to stay attentive and focused on driving safely. It is the driver's responsibility to observe and maintain a legal and safe speed.
