We’re opening fast-track recruitment for people fleeing Ukraine
We are opening a fast-track recruitment process in Sweden for people who are living in Ukraine and wish to leave, or those who have already fled due to the conflict.
We want to help in the ways we can as a company, to support those affected by the devastating impacts of the conflict.
We are in the midst of a business transformation, delivering to our purpose and delivering to our strategy every day. We have a number of open positions with us, for people who share our values and find a suitable role in our Volvo Cars family. And we want to help in the ways we can as a company, to support those affected by the devastating impacts of the conflict.
The fast-track recruitment process we are opening today aims to help people find a position with us as efficiently as possible, if their skills and competencies match a job opening at Volvo Cars. Most of the open positions are tech related, so those applications will also be the quickest to manage in this process.
There is also an open job posting, through which applicants can provide their details for their skillset to be matched against all open positions in Sweden, in a variety of fields. We may not be able to respond within 48 hours for these applications due to a more complex competency matching check, but our recruitment team will come back as soon as they can.

Once an applicant has a match against a position with us, the recruitment team will arrange for interviews and other necessary steps, and if the candidate is ready to join our Volvo Cars family, we can provide some support in relocation and settling in Sweden.
