PIN code

As the car owner, you'll receive a PIN code from Volvo support to verify authorisation for certain connected services.

This does not apply to cars with Google built-in.

New PIN code

The four-digit PIN code is automatically generated by Volvo support or by an authorised Volvo dealer and is sent to the car owner.1 The PIN code confirms that the user is authorised.

Use PIN code

The PIN code is required for security reasons for the following services:

  • Remote unlocking of the car via Volvo support2.
  • When you start stolen vehicle tracking via Volvo support2.

Forgotten or change of PIN code

If you forget or need to change PIN code, for example when buying a used car, contact a dealer.3

You can also contact Volvo support via the ON CALL/assist button SuSi - 23w42 - iCup-Ceiling call button symbol4 or phone.

The new code is sent to the car owner.
