Purpose and legal basis for processing
The purpose of our processing of your personal data is to administer your enquiry. We will also process the personal data that you provide to us for the purposes of statistics, research and development, to follow up on your experience and your satisfaction through surveys and to be able to recognise you as a recurrent customer and thus enhance your experience as a customer. Any calls made either from you or from us to you, may be recorded for quality control and staff development purposes.

The legal ground for our processing of your personal data relating to a contractual matter is fulfilment of the contract. The legal ground for the other processing as described above is our legitimate interest to learn from our contacts with you and others and use the knowledge for improving our responses and services as well as develop new services and products.

In relation to our business partners located outside of EEA, we will transfer your personal data on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

Retention time
We will process your personal data in relation to your enquiry or complaint, for a period of seven (7) years from the date you contact us with a customer care related enquiry or complaint.
