Our Live Chat Enquiry service will collect and process the personal data you provide to us in order to administer your enquiry. We will also process the personal data for the purposes of statistics, research and development, for marketing activities if requested, to follow up on your experience and your satisfaction through surveys and to enhance your experience as a consumer.
