1. Promoter: Volvo Car UK Ltd, Scandinavia House, Norreys Drive, Maidenhead SL6 4FL (“VCUK”)

2. The Volvo Cars Stereophonics prize draw is subject to the following conditions and is open only to UK residents who are 18 years or over.

The winner will receive:
• 4 tickets for themselves and 3 friends of their choice to the Eden Sessions Stereophonics concert on Tuesday 5th July (the “Event”)
• These are sessions plus hospitality tickets and entry to the Gallery (hospitality area) on the day is from 4pm.
• You and your guests will need to make their own way to The Eden Project but hotel accommodation at Fowey Hall hotel is included.
• The Promoter will be providing transport from the Fowley Hall hotel to the Eden Project on the evening of the Event.

Each ticket includes:
• A ticket to the concert Event with access to the Sessions Plus viewing platform: an exclusive raised area with very limited capacity (standing only), offering dedicated private bar and separate toilet facilities
• Fast track entry via dedicated ticketing area
• Commemorative Sessions laminate and lanyard
• Complimentary Prosecco upon arrival
• Delicious canapés and light bites before the Event
• Complimentary drinks on behalf of the Promoter
• Access to private Sessions Plus pay bar before the Event – and after, where you can relax and enjoy a traditional Cornish pasty on the house
• Access to the Eden Project for the day of the Event and the day after

3. To enter the prize draw users must like the Volvo prize draw competition post featured on the @volvocaruk Instagram grid, tag 3 friends you want to attend the Event with, and follow the @volvocaruk account on Instagram.

4. Entries will be open from 16 May 2022– 31 May 2022 and entries will be accepted up until midnight on the last day. Entries made after this point will not be counted. Users are welcome to submit multiple entries.

5. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and that you are eligible to claim any prize you may win. Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

6. There will be 1 winner of the main prize who will be selected on 1 June 2022 at random (each comment will gain the user an extra entry into the prize draw). A panel of VCUK employees will review all entries after the prize draw deadline and check that the entry has fulfilled the criteria stated in point 3 above. A random name generator will then be used to select the winner to ensure a fair process. The decision of the panel will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

7. VCUK will send a direct message to the chosen winner via Instagram notifying them of the win. The winner will need to provide their email address, contact phone number, and home address to the VCUK @volvocaruk Instagram account via a direct message in response.

8. Should there be no response from the winner within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected and notified, and the same process will be repeated until there is a confirmed winner for the prize.

9. No liability is accepted for submissions that are lost or not received. No liability is accepted in the event there is no response to telephone calls, direct messages or e-mails when contacting a chosen winner.

10. By law, VCUK must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact VCUK. In such circumstances, VCUK must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

11. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

12. VCUK reserve the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or based on misconduct.

13. You agree that the VCUK may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website, social media and any other media and in connection with any publicity of the prize draw. You agree to grant VCUK a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the prize draw entry to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the prize draw entry for such purposes.

14. No purchase necessary.

15. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating in this prize draw, you agree to a complete release of Instagram, or any other social media platforms, from any claims relating to the prize draw.

16. VCUK will not accept liability for minors left unattended at the Event.

17. Prize winners are responsible for their own property (including clothing, umbrellas, child seats etc) at the Event - please ensure it is always kept safe. VCUK accepts no responsibility for loss or theft of, or damage to property except if caused by VCUK's negligence.

18. VCUK shall not be held responsible for any cancellation of any part of the prize, event or activities, which may be due to circumstance outside its control, including - but not limited to – sickness, adverse weather conditions or Covid-19 factors. There will be no alternative offer in respect of any such cancellation.

19. It is the winner’s responsibility to declare any tax liability to HM Revenue and Customs.

20. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further reward. E.g. be photographed for website/newspaper stories, provide a short statement about their win.

22. VCUK reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this prize draw in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

23. VCUK reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

24. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
