Extending or renewing your subscription for connected services

To continue using the remote functions in the Volvo Cars app, you need to extend or renew your subscription for connected services.

Extend your current subscription or renew an expired one:1

Extending or renewing a subscription in the Volvo Cars app

Before extending or renewing the subscription, you need to add a payment method under the profile tab Px-2037-VOC app icon Profile > Subscription > Payment method.
Go to the profile tab Px-2037-VOC app icon Profile.
Select Subscription > Connected services and follow the instructions.

 Note

If you renew your subscription for connected services after it has expired, you may need to activate the remote functions in the Volvo Cars app again. To use the functions without interruption, it's recommended to extend your subscription before it expires. Contact Volvo support if you need help with renewing your subscription.

The car needs to be equipped with a system in contact with the Volvo Cars app.
