Booking a service with the Volvo Cars app

Service of the car can be booked via the Volvo Cars app.

Available functions in the Volvo Cars app can vary depending on car model, model year and region. Available functions may also vary over time.

Book a service

In the Px-2037-VOC app icon Car tab, tap on Maintenance.
Select Book a service.
Select which workshop should perform the service.
Select whether you want to buy any extra services1, e.g. to control the air conditioning.
Enter date and time for service and whether you require a courtesy car.2 A number of workshops can also offer collection and return of the car.3
Fill in any comments and confirm the booking.
Select whether you want to add the booking to the calendar.

Once a service has been booked, this is shown under Maintenance in the Px-2037-VOC app icon Car tab.

Click on the booking in order to:
  • see details about the booking
  • send the workshop address to the car's navigation system Sensus Navigation4
  • save the booking to the calendar (with the option to add a reminder)
  • cancel the service
  • contact the workshop via email or phone.

Messages about service in the Volvo Cars app

When it is time for service for the car, this is shown in the Volvo Cars app
  • with a message in the Px-2037-VOC app icon Home tab
  • under Maintenance in the Px-2037-VOC app icon Car tab.

While a service is in progress, estimated completion time is shown in the Volvo Cars app.
