Volvo Car USA, LLC (or “VCUSA”, “our”, or “we”) strives to make our websites accessible to all visitors and we are committed to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and relevant U.S. regulations. VCUSA builds and manages our websites with developers in the U.S. and the European Union. Our approach is to test our websites using automated tools and manual review methods found on <a href="https://siteimprove.com/en-us/" target="_blank">Siteimprove.com</a>. We document any found issues and prioritize them according to overall impact and level of effort to fix. Issues that greatly affect the website experience for those with disabilities are immediately addressed.

Our websites now meet most ADA/WCAG 2.0 Level AA standards and we have done a great deal of work to give all website visitors a great user experience. The scans will measure our performance with the WCAG 2.0 Level AA accessibility standards and find any accessibility issues that may have a potential impact on those with disabilities. We will take all reasonable and commercially viable efforts to fix any issues within six (6) months from the time of our last scan. We will list any accessibility issues that will take longer to fix in our Statement and give you an explanation of our efforts to resolve them in a reasonable time.

To protect victims of domestic violence, we offer the ability to disable remote vehicle tracking to prevent an abuser from learning your vehicle's location.</p><p>Currently, only California and New York provide statutes requiring this functionality, but we believe it is an important safety feature, and so in line with our brand principles, we are making it available to all domestic violence victims in the US.</p><div><h2 style="margin-top: 0; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; padding-bottom: 0;">How to submit your request</h2><ul style="padding-left: 40px; margin-top: 0; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;"><li style="padding-left: 10px;">To initiate the process, you will be asked to provide your contact information and VIN number using the form below and submit your request. Please be mindful of who else may have access to your email.</li><li style="padding-left: 10px;">Once you submit the form, you will receive an automated email with a case number and instructions on how to share the necessary documents, including proof of ownership of the vehicle.
