Get answers to some common questions about your EX30 reservation.

When will I be able to get my EX30?

The EX30 Twin Motor Performance will be available to order from November 6th, 2024, and select models are planned to be delivered before the end of 2024. Exact timing will depend on the timing of your preorder reservation, vehicle configuration, destination, and other factors.

When can I test drive the EX30?

EX30 demonstrator vehicles will arrive at most US Volvo Cars retailers between December 2024 and January 2025. Please reach out to your preferred Volvo Cars retailer for more details.

What is the official range?

The EPA-certified range of the 2025 EX30 Twin Motor Performance is 253 miles*.

*Twin Motor Performance models equipped with 19-inch wheels have an EPA-certified electric driving range of up to 253 miles (MPGe: 116 city/ 100 highway/ 109 combined), when the battery is fully charged and under ideal driving conditions. Your range and MPGe will vary for many reasons, including but not limited to, driving conditions, how and where you drive, how you maintain your vehicle, battery-package/condition, and other factors. Visit fueleconomy.gov for further information, but please note information on the Twin Motor Performance models may not be published yet.

When will the EX30 Single Motor become available?

The EX30 Single Motor is planned to become available in the US between early and late 2025, as communicated to preorder customers in June 2024.

Why is the price higher?

The price of each EX30 model and equipment level has not changed. The apparent change in base MSRP reflects the fact that only the EX30 Twin Motor Performance, in Plus and Ultra equipment levels, is currently available to order.

Will I still be able to get an EX30 for $34,950 MSRP?

At this time, the pricing structure of the EX30 has not changed, however, applicable MSRPs of future cars, including the EX30 Single Motor, will be confirmed when they become available for sale. MSRP may depend on availability timing, changes to vehicle equipment, and other factors.

How do I cancel my reservation? What if I need to cancel my reservation?

We know plans change, but rest assured, all EX30 deposits are fully refundable any time prior to delivery. Simply contact the Volvo retailer you selected at the time of reservation and let them know you wish to cancel your order. Your Volvo retailer will issue the $500 refund to the payment method you used to place the initial reservation.
