Volvo On Demand is a convenient car-sharing service that provides you with access to Volvo cars when needed. Instead of owning or renting a car, you can easily book and use a Volvo through our app.

Q: What is required to register an account with Volvo On Demand?

You’ll need your driver’s license and credit card handy. You will also need a Swedish personal identity number and BankID.

Q: How quickly can I create an account and start driving?

Usually just a couple of minutes. You’ll receive a verification email as part of the sign-up process. If you don’t receive it, check your inbox spam filter just in case.

Q: How does Volvo On Demand's digital key work?

Through Bluetooth, which means you don’t need phone signal to unlock or lock the car. When you create an account, we’ll ask for the relevant permissions.

Q: For how long can one rent a car?

You can reserve from one hour to as long as you like.

Q: Can one pick up and drop off the car at different stations?

You always pick up and return your car to the same station.
