Specific software available on the Website

Use of the Software is subject to the terms of the end-user licence agreement that may accompany or be included with the Software ("Licence Agreement"). The Software may be downloaded unless stated otherwise in the Licence Agreement, but solely for use by end users. Furthermore, the Software may only be used for the purpose for which the Software has been made available, unless stated otherwise in the Licence Agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software that is not in accordance with the Licence Agreement is expressly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

At best, the Software is only covered by a warranty under the terms of the Licence Agreement. Unless warranted in the Licence Agreement, Volvo Cars hereby disclaims all liability with regard to the Software, including all implied warranties and conditions for merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, right of ownership and non-infringement.
